What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes to cater to all body types. Please refer to the size chart available on each product page for specific measurements.

How do I know which size to choose?

Our size chart is designed to help you find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit or contacting our customer support team for personalized assistance.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 30 days of your order's ship date.In-person returns at any of our stores* or a participating Happy Returns Bar are free. Mail-in returns incur a $5 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund. 

How much does shipping cost?

For Front Door Shipping, shipping and processing charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. If available, next day delivery incurs an additional charge.

For Truck Delivery, unlimited flat rate shipping and processing charges are based on the distance from our warehouse to the shipping address, as well as order total.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal, Affirm or any Williams-Sonoma Brand Gift Card.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

How do I care for my clothes?

Care instructions are included on each product page and garment label. Following these guidelines ensures your items remain in great condition.
